Today we work with light, medium and heavy welding. Our welders are certified and experienced. We use materials of high durability and quality. We also have painting services.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENT AND ASSEMBLY
We have the service of three-dimensional measurement with Laser Tracker & Portable arm of measurement. Our equipment includes recognized brands in the market. Today we have Leica AT401 Lasers, Laser API Omnitrac2 equipped with Vprobe as well as Scanarms from Faro and Measuring Arm Absolute Rome 7525 from Hexagon.
DESIGN - CONCEPTION AND DEVELOPMENT
We have a highly skilled project team and a robust technical staff with extensive experience. We use updated and renowned software in the market, all with legally acquired licenses.
MACHINING
Our CNC machining centers are quality equipment and our operators are trained to ensure a minimum raw material waste rate. We work with machining 3 and 4 axles internally and we have developed partners for machining of 5 axes and large items.
AUTOMATION
Automated systems development and Artificial Intelligence equipment integration.
